Enhancement Program or “R.E.E.P.”
for short. I developed the R.E.E.P.
program in order to better service
the needs of my Realtors and their
clients. My R.E.E.P. program is a
fast, efficient and a cost effective
way to freshen up the look and
greatly enhance the curb appeal and
resale value of any property- in any
condition, for just pennies on the
dollar.
R.E.E.P. Outline
1) This program may only be initiated
by a Licensed Realtor. The Realtor
must initiate contact on behalf of
the Seller through e-mail or a phone
call to the office. Once all
information has been obtained we can
deal with the Realtor, the Seller -
or preferably both, in a prompt and
professional manner.
2) Payment for services rendered by
Handyman Solutions is
normally due on the day of
completion. Your clients will now
have the option of paying at that
time and receiving a 15% discount
reserved for Select Realtor’s - or
they may choose to skip the discount
and defer payment up to ninety (90)
days after invoicing, or until the
date of closing, whichever comes
first.
3) Upon completion of services rendered
an invoice will be sent to both the
Realtor and to the Title Company,
for any unpaid balance due, to be
kept on file with the Hudd
Statement. On the closing date the
Title Company may submit a check for
any unpaid balance due and a lien
release will be provided.
