At Handyman Solutions LLC we want you to know up front what our average pricing is. If you are coming to us by referral then pricing will most likely not even be a factor in your decision to hire us. On the other hand if this is the first that you have heard of Handyman Solutions LLC then it may very well be.

Technician man-hours billed by Handyman Solutions LLC; and all other costs associated with the Client's project(s) shall include, but not be limited to the following:

$35 service fee plus Technician hourly rate of $79 per man-hour with a minimum charge of one (1) hour. Time incurred over one (1) hour is billed in thirty (30) minute increments. Drive time is charged a minimum of one (1) way. Distances further than twenty (20) miles from the shop may be charged drive time both ways depending on the scope and size of the project.

Onsite evaluation of project (at Clients request only) to provide Client with an estimated cost for completion. **Due to the expenses involved we will no longer give away free estimates for small projects consisting of sixty (60) hours or less.

Pick up and delivery of materials, plus standard markup over cost for materials purchased by Handyman Solutions on behalf of Client. **Client can save some money (but is not required to) by having materials purchased, on site, and ready for installation.

Hauling and disposal fees for any waste material which must be removed from Clients job-site and cannot fit into a standard twenty (20) gallon trash can.

Payment is due at the time of completion of services rendered. Under certain circumstances (on commercial projects only) other payment arrangements may be made prior to the work being scheduled for completion.

Time is a limited commodity. You cannot buy, borrow or steal more of it. It is by far our most precious asset.
